Tree-houses evoke a response in most people, usually conjuring memories of being a child, spending your days up a tree either thinking about being in a tree-house or actually being in one, but they aren’t just for kids. A lot of people overlook the opportunity they present for adults, even though they can provide you with a nearly unique place for a summer house, or even a guest-house.
While a tree-house is typically a small building, providing the tree is big and strong enough, it can be built to be a fairly significant size; big enough for a king sized bed and a bit of room to move around in. If people who spend time with you rather expect you to be a bit peculiar, why not go really out their and set them up in their own tree-house, filled with all the things they’d typically expect from a guestroom.
